Alan Bailey, long time studio executive for Paramount Studios recently accepted the position of Head Programmer for the Action On Film International Film Festival. Bailey who was with Paramount for nearly thirty-six years is an expert in entertainment and production. Bailey said of his new position. 'The film festival circuit is an amazing place to discover and to nurture talent. The AOF Festival has done a great job of this for the last five years and I hope to help them increase the possibilities for many more new and established filmmakers alike.'
The Action On Film or AOF Festival as it has become to be known is one of the most progressive and innovative festivals running today. In fact it has been named one of Movie Maker Magazine's Top Twenty-Five Festivals Worth the Fees for 2009.

The AOF International Film Festival will run from July 24 to the 31, 2009 in Pasadena CA at local theaters and night spots and culminates with a star studded black tie dinner and award show.
