Dynasty Limousine Posts Record First Quarter Revenues During Challenging Economic Climate

PR Log (Press Release) – Apr 06, 2009 – Dynasty Limousine has once again bucked the market trends by posting the best quarter in the company's history.  Year to date, revenues are up 11% and March was the best performing month in the company's history.  Dynasty has consistently posted gains in 11 out of the past 12 months and is positioned for another stellar year.

The marketing efforts, spearheaded by Pierce Fleming (V.P. of Operations), have resulted in a constant flow of new business.  "We simply have not bought into the bad economy mindset", stated Mr. Fleming.  "Sure we are having to work hard to achieve these results, but the business is there if you do the right things."  "Many of our competitors have already made up their minds that business is bad, and that makes it much easier for us."  "It all comes down to attitude.  Clients can sense if you are stressed out and pressured to make the sale and it turns them off.  We answer the phone with a smile and have a positive attitude every time with no pressure."

While many Limousine Operators are severely slashing prices, Dynasty has taken a value approach.  The company is offering different packages and services to add more value to the charters, rather than just cutting prices.  The company's 11 year history and A+ BBB rating have also resulted in a strong repeat customer base.  The prom season which lasts through May 23rd seems to be affected little by the doom and gloom economic forecast.  The company received over 500 reservation requests in the month of March alone and is already completely booked for many dates.

EXPANSION

Dynasty Limousine is in the process of opening it's second location in Orange Park, Florida.  The company currently stores its larger limousines at a high traffic location in Orange park, and will be opening an office at that site.  Dynasty will publish a targeted web site and will focus marketing efforts from that location to Orange Park, Gainesville, Lake City, Palatka and Ocala.  The costs will be minimal to open the additional location, and the company will gain the experience needed for future expansion slated for early 2010 into other markets.

ENERGY STAR

Dynasty Limousine has implemented many energy and fuel saving initiatives over the last year that have significantly reduced the company's footprint.  The  EPA has just announced a contest for small businesses related to their energy saving policies, and Dynasty is taking part in this contest.  While Limousines are notorious for having high fuel demands, Dynasty has cut energy consumption by 14% by modifying it's operating procedures.  Some of the major items implemented are:

*Only filling the gas tanks to 50% to reduce overall vehicle weight.
*Placing key boxes on each vehicle to eliminate the need to travel and pick up keys.
*GPS systems on each vehicle which allows for the quickest route and no time wasted.
*Mandatory engine shut-off during wait time for clients.
*Upgrading clients to larger vehicles if it is already on the road, instead of sending a different Limo.
*Monitoring the speed of each vehicle via satellite tracking.

Dynasty Limousine is going public on November 23rd of this year.  The company currently has 51 shareholders, and has retained Tiber Creek Corporation to assist with this process.  Once listed, Dynasty will be the first Limousine company in the United States to have it's securities listed on a national exchange.
