Building a Stronger Image for Small and Rural Business.

Divine Branding Manager and partner Jeff Bultitude says that “Branding is more than just a logo or brochure, it’s what people actually think and believe about you and this can be influenced by many aspects of your business.” Jeff went on to explain that the primary function of their services was to shape customer perceptions by “Divining” the true strengths and culture of a business. Once a true image emerges, and any challenges are identified and ironed out, a branding theme and message can be developed and applied. This theme provides a link between the customer and the true values, products and services offered by the business. “ People make the mistake of thinking the logo IS the brand, but really the logo only represents the branding values. If the actual customer experience matches the message, then you have a much more powerful story. It’s a longer term strategy that pays dividends in customer loyalty and referrals” he said.

Divine Branding is an evolutionary branch of their existing business Graphical Constructions. The Branding services emerged as a result of the terrific response they received from customers to their ‘complete’ approach to developing strong branding and marketing strategies. As a result, Jeff & Leonie developed a three phase methodology to business branding that can be used in whole or part.
