Tres Blanc is the first wine released by Per Cazo Cellars. The wine is a well balanced composition comprised of three Rhone varietals, Grenache Blanc, Roussanne and Viognier. The fruit flourished in the temperate coastal influences of Santa Barbara county. Winemaker Joey Tensley's approach for Tres Blanc is to handcraft in small batches and age in neutral oak barrels. Tres Blanc has the nose of pear and melon with a whiff of honeysuckle. It offers beautiful floral aromatics that enhance the lush fruit flavor. This elegant wine has body that fills the palate but presents enough acidity to leave ones mouth feeling cleansed. It pairs well with Dungeness crab, Pencove oysters and Duck Confit.
