On Monday, April 6, Jim Rynearson of Lincoln High School in Lincoln, Nebraska started his week with a nice surprise. Lincoln High Principal Mike Wortman visited the classroom and announced that Jim has been selected as the 2009 Russwood Chrysler Outstanding Science Educator. Sheila Odom, Director of Marketing at Russwood Chrysler, was on hand for the presentation, as well as other members of the Lincoln High School administration. The award was established in 2007 to recognize educators who demonstrate excellence in education in the area of science.
