Andrew Anderson is an ordinary guy with a pretty lucrative job as an electronics engineer.
Life is good but, for the most part, uneventful for Andrew -- that is until the day he meets her.
Andrew is driving home from an exhausting meeting one day and witnesses an accident. This isn’t just any ordinary accident, but one that looks as if it’s intentional and meant to kill.
As he watches in disbelief, a truck forces a car off the road and it plunges over the cliff. After the truck leaves, Andrew stops and finds a young African American woman, who obviously jumped from the car, hanging on for dear life. Andrew pulls the woman to safety and, in that moment, his ordinary life becomes quite chaotic.
The woman tells Andrew she witnessed a brutal crime. Her pursuants are city officials who want to make sure she doesn’t let anyone know about what she witnessed. Too many power brokers would have blood on their hands.
Andrew agrees to help the woman and the two find themselves being ruthlessly tracked by private police who seem to be able to figure out their every move, despite their best efforts. Who is letting the authorities know their movements -- how are they able to track them and what exactly did the woman witness?
Crapanzano’s fast paced novel has all the elements of a first rate suspense -- an admirable protagonist, a heroine with secrets she can’t reveal and chase scenes that leave the reader on edge. With riveting twists and turns, Terror in Black and White has a surprise ending you won’t see coming!
