The SuperTyphoon2X high performance OFDM-based outdoor wireless broadband radio has been designed to operate in 7 wireless modes with up to 108 Mbps bandwidth, in either the 2.4GHz band (802.11 B/G/SUPER-G)
With support for Wireless multimedia (WMM), and bandwidth control, quality of service (QOS) is ensured for bandwidth intensive applications such as video, and voice. Robust security such as WPA2 ensures that your privacy and communication is safe and secured. Housed in a compact weatherproof IP55 rated enclosure, the industrial grade SuperTyphoon2X is designed to deliver reliable wireless link performance in all climatic conditions.
The SuperTyphoon2X is software upgradeable to support Super-Channels for operations in the 2312MHz – 2502MHz (39 Supported Channels) and 4915MHz – 6085MHz (235 Supported Channels) frequency bands.
The SuperTyphoon2X has been designed keeping in mind not only the need for lowest upfront investment cost, but also high performance, scalability and robust security. With its extensive management and networking features, onboard Bandwidth Control support, QoS, Firewall, Parallel Broadband and interference mitigation technologies, the SuperTyphoon2X is the intelligent choice for service providers deploying large and scalable networks.
