The announcement that Grupo Lena the renowned Portuguse constuction group had won the tender for the New Nazare XX1 Marina and Golf complex was very well received.
This substantial investment in Portugal's Silver Coast is welcome news and will provide the area with a much needed boost during these difficult times. The project funded 51/49% by the local Nazare Authorities will create a much needed new marina for the area along with golf and horse riding facilities. New hotels catering and shopping facitlities along with quality residential properties are proposed.
This is a substantial investment in what is fast becoming Europe's potential new holiday retreat with so much culture and so many beautiful beaches it has to be a winner.
