San Diego, CA – Steve Gors, owner/operator of Dryer Vent Wizard of San Diego and Riverside Counties in California recently passed the rigorous exam required to become a CSIA Certified Dryer Vent Cleaning and Exhaust Technician. Candidates must score 80 or higher to pass this test; certification is valid for three years from the date of testing.
The exam is based on a reference manual containing up-to-date technical information on dryer vent cleaning, maintenance, repair and installation. The credential signifies knowledge of practices important to providing the best service on dryer vent exhaust systems in an ever-changing industry.
Steve Gors took the test and received his CSIA Certification to enhance his knowledge of dryer vent systems so that he can better protect and educate consumers in his community on preventing dryer fires and carbon monoxide poising.
