CPS Developments is using all of their 125 years of experience to create a new community in Magdalena Bay, Mexico. The environmentally conscientious project will not only include fantastic amenities for tourists, but it will also include a housing area for staff.
Tourism has always been a strong economic draw for coastal towns and villages in Mexico. Many locals depend on such resorts for work and to draw in customers to their own businesses. Club del Pacifico will include housing for staff, as well as a luxury hotel, golf course, community recreation facility, and airport among other amenities.
