Here is how it's done…
Decide with your child how he would like his photo to be done. We have done fairies, dragons, robots, superheroes, elves, even unique one of kind creatures straight out of a the imagination of children.
Then you pick your theme. What is your character doing? A fairy princess might be sprinkling fairy dust over beautiful roses; an elf boy might be riding a bumble bee. You can visit our photo gallery on our website to get some ideas. Come up with a whole story line for your little character. Then once that is all figured out, start looking around the house for your character’s clothing. Maybe you have some old pants that you can shred up at the bottom or grandma’s beautiful hat that you’d like to use, or maybe you just want to go to the store and buy your costume. Regardless of what your looking to accomplish, we can make it look first class.
So, after you have thought of your fantasy story and your little actor is all dressed up, the fun really starts.
To make it easier on us (and so your pictures come out nice and smooth) try to take your photos in front of a white background (think blue screens for special effects for movies) we add all the backgrounds and props. All you need to do is have your child pose in their costume of choice.
Go over your “Fantasy Story”. Let him act out the whole story while you take plenty of photos. Up close portrait styles, whole body ones, some standing on a table on tippy toes (that gives a flying effect) some looking back, maybe looking into a pond… there is an endless amount of possibilities that you can come up with... Just let your child be creative and have fun.
Once you have taken all the pictures you can think of, you upload them to your computer. Choose all the photos that are clear and focused. Email or mail us a disc of your photos.
Not only will we try to recreate your child’s fantasy but we will also add a glow to them. We will make their skin look flawless, add sparkles and long eyelashes to fairies, maybe some tattoos for boys.
Once we are done, you can get your Fantasy Fairy Photos back through email, mailed disc, or pick one of our printing packages. If you have enough photos you can even have us create a “Fairytale Story Book” with the story that you and your child came up with.
