ACI announces 13th national conference on Neuroscience Centers of Excellence

At a minimum, 15 million Americans are living with a Neuro disease or disorder.  With a wealth of subspecialties and medical treatments, it is one of the most important, albeit complex, clinical areas for hospitals and health systems to manage.

Due to recent advances in technology, declining payer reimbursments and increasing number of baby-boomers, most hospitals, physicians and healthcare facilities are starting to see the benefits of defining themselves by centers of excellence and are willing to invest in comprehensive Neuroscience programs.

This three-day conference will be held June 3-5, 2009 in Chicago, IL and will focus on how hospitals and health systmes can add, expand and update their Neuroscience Programs and Services, integrate various supspecialties and will address future trends, strategic opportunities and current challenges most healthcare executives are facing.
