7 On Seventh Presents "Stimulus Wear"

7 On Seventh announces its next runway presentation during New York Fashion Week is scheduled for Tuesday, September 15, 2009 and this organization of fashion professionals will present a Spring/Summer 2010 collection spotlighting upcoming and uniquely talented men and women wear designers.  

“Stimulus Wear” being the theme of their next presentation, 7 On Seventh is seeking fashion designers who are creative and edgy, and whose collection are both colorful and with a price point affordable to merchandisers and the consumer.   In addition, 7 On Seventh are seeking models, stylists, hair and makeup artists, and fashion industry photographers.

Established in 2002, 7 On Seventh’s goal is to give the designer an opportunity to exhibit unique individual style which is showcased in a collection during New York Fashion Week to buyers from local and major stores, stylists and the international fashion press while it focus on the designer and the designer’s collection, models, hairstylists and makeup artists, music, etc., and to provide showroom space following the designers’ presentation.

7 On Seventh is innovative, creative and consistent in providing services, exposing new and upcoming fashion designers, and is committed to bringing a designer’s vision to the runways of New York and to the forefront of the fashion industry a reality.  Many of 7 On Seventh’s previous designers have been prominently featured in the spreads of major publications, received financial backing and have either opened boutiques, e-commerce stores or created their own fashion label.

Taking into account the cost of presenting “Stimulus Wear” during New York Fashion Week, 7 On Seventh has cut the designer’s registration fee (payable in 3 monthly installments) almost in half – 7 On Seventh views the reduced fee to be economically tolerable in light of the fact that its fee is many times less than what designers pay at Bryant Park/The Tent.  Fact is 7 On Seventh is known for providing designers with quality service that exceeds more than the dollar value of the fee paid – designers interested in participating in the September 15th “Stimulus Wear” production should contact 7 On Seventh to arrange for a view of their Look Book.

On Saturday, June 27, 2009, a casting is to be held from 2:00-5:00 PM at Pearl Studios, NYC, 500 8th Avenue, Room 411, for racially and ethnically diverse models, age 18-26 years, who are 5’7 or taller (without heels), dress sizes 2-12, for  the “Stimulus Wear” Spring/Summer 2010 designer’s show on September 15, 2009.
