Stress Relief and Self-Protection Found Naturally at White Crane Michigan Dojo This Spring

PRLog (Press Release) - Apr. 1, 2009 - Renowned martial arts school, White Crane Michigan, is proud to announce their spring training schedule featuring world-famous Juko Kai International arts, including Tai-Ki© and self-defense.

“We have decided to expand our martial arts schedule this spring in an effort to offer the community the essential stress management, self-protection and traditional martial training methods needed for healthy, empowered living,” says master instructor and owner of White Crane Michigan, Ryan R. Wilson.

“Especially with the troubled economy, people’s stress continues to rise – traditional martial arts training, especially Tai-Ki©, is an affordable and highly effective way to combat these effects while also learning ancient techniques that exercise and strengthen not only the physical body, but also the mind and spirit.”

White Crane Michigan is the only Juko Kai International school located in Michigan. As a rare resource for this kind of traditional training, it is not uncommon for students to travel several hours to attend classes and seminars.

Tai Ki© is a Japanese-based exercise style that is similar to Chinese Tai Chi.  Tai-Ki© is a gentle, controlled method of exercise that is performed in a slow and relaxed manner which has many benefits to health and well-being.  Differing from Tai Chi, each Tai-Ki© movement contains Juko Kai International Headmaster Rod Sacharnoski’s world-famous Ki-Life™ breathing methods, which have been shown to strengthen the heart, lungs and respiratory system as well as reduce and manage stress.

Unlike more common American martial sport schools, Juko Kai International martial arts are used for self-defense purposes and personal development and are never used for competition or sport.

Juko Kai International was founded in the year of 1961 and is one of the oldest martial arts organizations in the United States. The founder of Juko-Kai is Rod Sacharnoski, Dai-Soke, 10th Dan, a world renowned Grandmaster. All Juko Kai martial arts and ways are Asian recognized and sponsored.
