In January, Personal Chef Lynn Ware, owner of Custom Gourmet Solution, LLC joined the culinary staff at Viking Cooking School, as a Chef Instructor. Chef Lynn will be sharing her expertise while conducting a variety of cooking demonstrations and hands-on classes. Some of the cooking classes she have been assigned to teach include: Cajun/Creole Cooking, Sushi 101, Classic Cakes, Kids Pizza Party, Ethnic Cuisines and Teen Knife Skills.
