The Producers of the Nigerian Entertainment Awards in New York announced their nominations for this year’s award, on the 12th of March.
Award winning artist D’banj has been nominated for two awards in the following category.
BEST ALBUM- The Entertainer
BEST MUSIC VIDEO- Suddenly.
This is not the first time that the artist has been nominated or has won an award for the Nigerian Entertainment Awards.
D’banjs album THE ENTERTAINER was released in July 2008 and was produced by award winning producer Don Jazzy.
D'banj is signed under award winning record label Mo Hits Records and has various awards under his belt including MTV Africa Awards, Hip Hop World Awards and more…
The annual event is focused on recognizing the many contributions of Nigerian Artists to the entertainment industry globally.
This year’s awards will take place on the 6th of June, 2009 at the Howard University Cramton Auditorium in Washington DC.
