Superior quality of SoftServe's services was recognized by listing the company in the Top Ten Outsourcing Providers in Central and Eastern Europe.
The Black Book of Outsourcing is based on the annual market research by Brown-Wilson Group, a not-for-profit outsourcing management consulting firm. Nearly 300,000 global outsourcing buyers are invited to participate in the survey annually to determine their attitudes toward and satisfaction with outsourcing providers. This year's study included more than 24,000 responses worldwide. Published since 2005, the Black Book of Outsourcing serves as an unbiased and independent information source for the buyers of outsourcing services, and is widely accepted as an industry measure of client satisfaction.
