Our Spring Cover Model is Breathtaking Elena LaQuatra!

Elena LaQuatra, is a 17 year old junior and high honor student in Mt Lebanon, Pennsylvania. A member of the nationally renowned Mt. Lebanon High School Percussion Ensemble, she plays drums and percussion instruments. She is also a leader of the Emergency Club, providing assistance to those in crisis and need. Elena aspires to become a physician.
Elena is an award winning dancer and choreographer, having just placed third at the State level in the PTA Reflections Project in the senior dance choreography division. A lead dancer and choreographer for the Mt. Lebanon High School Dance Company, she has also trained with the Radio City Rockettes and danced with the Moscow Ballet.
Elena is the 2007 Miss Pennsylvania's Outstanding Teen America. A "sister teen pageant" to Miss America, she placed 2nd runner up to Miss America's Outstanding Teen at the national pageant in Orlando and was named preliminary evening gown winner. She presented the Miss Photogenic Award at Miss America 2008 and has served as emcee of numerous pageants at the local and state levels, including the Miss Iowa Pageant alongside Kelly Cash, Miss America 1987.
Elena, whose pageant platform is "Oral Deaf Education....FindingYour Voice", is a spokesperson for the DePaul School for Hearing and Speech. Aside from filming Public Service Announcements for the benefit of hearing impaired, she has traveled throughout the state and country to promote her platform, as well as a motivational program she has developed, "Speaking Through My Deaf Ears". She devotes hundreds of hours each year to community service, both through her platform and for numerous charitable causes.
Elena, a Patrick Talent Agency model, is one of three "Once Upon A Dream" Campaign Models, and appears in the 2009 OUAD national inspirational calendar for the month of May. She has appeared in hundreds of ads and magazines for numerous companies and campaigns.Elena was just named a "fresh face" for Be...ybf Cosmetics, a national cosmetic company that sells products on HSN and that she will be appearing in ads and on the HSN network on their behalf. She also has many acting credits, including winning first place in the prestigious Pittsburgh Public Theater's Shakespeare Scene and Monologue Contest and has also performed in over 30 professional theater productions, movies and commercials.
