F.D. Crandall is a writer if spy and espionage thrillers. F.D. Crandall was born and raised in Miami, Florida. He joined the Marine Corps at seventeen during Vietnam, served honorably and was discharged in 1975, serving several more years in both Army and Air National Guards.
After a career in law enforcement covering twenty-plus years that didn’t end well, he turned to writing as a therapeutic alternative to offset the high blood pressure, bad heart and hyper tension he was left with.
After several short stories and some technical report writing that wasn’t satisfying his needs, he boldly dove into fiction. That did the trick and “The Measure of a Man” was the result.
