The Republic of Sino Burma http://www.nationstates.net/sino_burma , is launching its first government Goat bond.

Since the country's main industry is agriculture of animals specifically export of dairy products from the abundance of goats and cows in the country, the government, being advised by elite group of US firm Leavem Broker investment Advisors will be able to provide a government backed security on the bond by Securitisation of the income from export of that national dairy produce of the country.

"Goats and cow milk is the main product of our country's booming agricultural economy. By utilizing the financial skills of Wail Street's Leavem Brokers Advisors, we are proud to launch the first global Goat bond issue at a sovereign level " mentions the Minister of Agriculture.

A representative of Leavem Broker mentioned they are proud (and relieved) that they are able to advise the government of Sino Burma on such an innovative financial scheme and hope that it will pave the way for them to advise on other Micronations on bringing the creative uses of Wall St securitization programs to third world Micronations.

" We are advising in creative areas like carbon capture for Micronations. Reducing carbon emittance via way of capturing cow and goat flatulence ( farm animal flatulences is one of the largest forms of carbon emittance's in the third world according to carbon energy reports). "We believe that Sino Burma - with its abundance of cows and goats - can lead the way in a new breed of carbon derivatives products amongst agricultural Mirconations we have termed the - carbon Financial Animal emissions Reduction Treaty (FART) program" mentions Leavem Broker advisor.

The FART program will provide some short term relieve not just for the cows and goats of Sino Burma, but also the farmers who are able to capture the asset and trade it through other carbon markets to provide a much needed financial subsidy for reducing their goat and cow effluance emissions.

ABOUT GOAT BOND
The Goat bond is the world's first foreign Micronation soverign bond issue that is secured by export income of its national export - goat milk. Advised by US elite firm Leavem Broker Advisors, it will soon be syndicated to other micronations for reciprocal government investment.

ABOUT THE FART PROGRAM
The carbon Financial Animal 'emittance' Reduction Treaty (FART) program is initiative Repulic of Sino Burma and Leavem Brokers Advisors in creating the first agriculture carbon capture and trading program . It will aim to reduce cow and goat carbon emittance amongst agriculture micronations via a process of fart capture, offset and reduction program.
