Due to the current economic conditions & the state of the property market both in the UK & France, we have both clients wanting to move permanently to France & clients wanting to return to the UK.
The plans of both sets of clients are frustrated by their inability to find purchasers for their homes. The obvious answer is to exchange houses, with independent valuations of each house & financing being arranged for the difference, if necessary.
Listing your property to swap on our webste costs €55/£50 until an exchange is completed. The fee includes either the treatment of text & photos provided by the vendor, or taking these items from the vendor’s website direct, with their written permission.
