Surrey Personal Training, Rick Kaselj, Hosting a Presentation on Exercises for Parkinson’s Clients
Surrey, BC – Thursday, March 26, 2009 - People with Parkinson’s struggle with performing day to day tasks. What has been found to make life easier for people with Parkinson’s is performing an exercise program in order to give their bodies the strength to do day to day tasks. Rick Kaselj, who performers personal training on clients with injuries in Surrey, BC, Canada will be hosting a presentation on how to design exercise programs for clients with Parkinson’s. In this presentation, participants will gain a full understanding of Parkinson’s disease and how it affects a client’s physical ability and their daily physical struggles. Registrants will learn how to develop a comprehensive exercise program that will target Parkinson’s clients specific areas of difficulty. The knowledge and understanding gained in this session will help the fitness professional implement the appropriate exercise selection for their Parkinson’s client assisting them to live with more independence, confidence, and empowerment.
