Mr. Vega, a native of Puerto Rico, has a passion and track record in customer support and account management. Vega is responsible for managing the company’s Spanish speaking support and services, growing TCS’s Spanish speaking partners and developing strategic plans for growing the company’s presence in Spanish speaking tire businesses. In addition to the bi-lingual staff, TCS is offering support materials in Spanish as well.
