Kansas City, MO - Two fitness experts are bringing a national spotlight to Kansas City in the health and fitness industry. Fitness author, professional model and personal trainer Micah LaCerte recently teamed up with World Champion Figure Competitor and Fitness Model Diana Chaloux to create Hitch Fit, an online training, nutrition and life coaching program which enables the duo to work with clients worldwide.
LaCerte says “Our passion is fitness and helping other people. We wanted to develop a system that was above and beyond any other online program available. We wanted it to be the next best thing to working with us in person, and we also didn’t want to have to leave Kansas City in order to do that. This is home.”
Chaloux added “The fact that we get to educate and motivate people internationally, right here from Kansas City is a dream come true for us. We get to live here and continue to aid in fighting the obesity epidemic within our own city limits, but at the same time we get to branch out and reach people worldwide with a message of health and fitness.”
In addition to online coaching, customized nutrition and work out routines, Hitch Fit also includes a copy of LaCerte’s newly “Hitch Fit” book and exercise DVD.
LaCerte says “With the economic recession it’s still important for people to keep their health and fitness as a top priority. Many people can’t even afford gym memberships right now. Diana and I both had people reaching out to us looking for guidance on how they can still get in shape or stay in shape, even if it’s at home or on a limited budget. Hitch Fit has been a perfect solution allowing us to work with these people.”
LaCerte, Chaloux and the Hitch Fit program were recently featured nationwide in Reality Magazine. LaCerte is also featured in Muscle and Fitness’ April 2009 edition and Chaloux will be highlighted in the upcoming Oxygen Magazine’s Glutes Special Edition 2009.
LaCerte and Chaloux are both certified personal trainers based in Kansas City and also provide in person fitness services and bridal boot camps in the metro area.
