Newark, NJ – The Institute For Entrepreneurial Leadership (IFEL) is playing an increasingly important role in helping entrepreneurs navigate through this difficult economic environment by providing high quality business consulting services at an affordable price. IFEL especially focuses on opening its extensive network to women and minority entrepreneurs.
IFEL is currently conducting its 2nd Annual Institute for Entrepreneurial Leadership Business Plan Competition. Through the Competition, IFEL provides participants with business plan development technical assistance and an opportunity to win a package of services valued at over $16,000 to help accelerate their business growth. New this year is the addition of a category specifically to help non-profit organizations maximize their ability to raise funds and improve operational efficiencies. Business plan submissions are due by March 30th, 2009.
The Competition winner will be announced at an awards luncheon and networking reception on Thursday, April 30th at the New Jersey Institute of Technology Campus Center in Newark, NJ.
“Entrepreneurs are not deterred by the current economic landscape, however they are finding it increasingly difficult to maintain their customer base and obtain funding,” says Jill Johnson, IFEL Co-founder/Chief Operating Officer. “Our mission is to help these businesses grow. When entrepreneurs are successful, jobs and wealth are created and communities win.”
IFEL gratefully acknowledges the support of its sponsors: North Jersey Partners, Paymedia, New Jersey Transit, Porzio, Bromberg & Newman P.C., Continental Airlines, and the New Jersey Devils.
