Surrey, BC – Tuesday, March 24, 2009 – The myorelease technique is a self-care system for everybody. Rick Kaselj who performs personal training in Surrey will be hosting Andrew Peters.  Andrew Peters is the inventor of the myorelease technique.  The myorelease technique restores and maintains healthy neuro-muscular tone.  Neuro-muscular tone is the tension that muscles in the body have during rest.  With most people, because of doing the same movement over and over plus sitting for long periods of time during work, it leads to an increase in tone in muscles.  This increased tone leads to head aches, neck pain and back pain.  A healthy neuro-muscular tone is essential for well being and a pain-free life. In this session at the Fitness & Rehab Conference, attendees will learn how to release their own neuro-muscular tone.  This will lead to a decrease in muscle tightness, soreness and improve motion.  

Introducing the Myorelease technique is one of the sessions at the Fitness & Rehab Conference.  The Fitness & Rehab Conference is designed for Fitness & Rehabilitation Professionals who want to increase their knowledge, skills and success working with Exercise Rehabilitation & Post-Rehab clients.
