PRLog - March 24, 2009 - LOS ANGELES -- Having just enjoyed an exquisite lunch interview with R&B singer, Nikkole and her label representative Michael Deveraux, there is no wonder why this singer / songwriter is capturing so much attention. She has learned from some of the best in the business and after asking her about some of her influences, it is no surprise that she sounds so great! I mean the talent is there, but Nikkole went a step further when she was educating herself on her craft by listening intently to industry heavy-weights while at the same time adding her own uniqueness. Nikkole says she grew up on a strong diet of Teena Marie and The Emotions because her mother played them all the time when she was a toddler and then later on Mariah Carey came into the picture. Nikkole says, what she has learned from these artists is priceless. Nikkole also says that she has had the opportunity to meet and work with many of these great artists as a singer, songwriter and producer.
