DALLAS – MonkeyJar, a site that pays cash back for every online purchase users make, is operating an invitation only beta launch. Beginning today, select individuals will be able to register for the site and start exploring the many ways MonkeyJar can earn them money.
Immediately upon registering with the site, consumers build a personal MonkeyJar page, adding all of the online stores at which he or she normally shops. Then, whenever that person wishes to buy something from one of those retailers, instead of navigating directly to the company’s Web site, he or she clicks to it through his or her Monkey Jar page. By doing so, the user earns back a commission on those purchases.
By inviting friends and family to also register with the site, the user builds a social network of shoppers from which to earn commission off of their purchases as well. After joining a user’s network (called a Troop), all of their purchases will pay a commission to the originating member without reducing the commission paid to the troop member. Each person can start a troop of his or her own, regardless of whether they belong to another troop or not.
Registration for the site is absolutely free, and users will never pay any fees to maintain their Monkey Jar page. In addition, users can continue to use any coupon codes or discounts offered by the retailers – it will not affect his or her ability to collect commission off of those purchases.
Once the beta test is complete, MonkeyJar will open its doors to the public.
