Vornado Air has come up with what they consider to be the world’s smartest heater in the Vornado TouchStone™ Vortex Heat 600 (Tvh 600). The unit’s main features are a touch screen panel and a Smart Remote which intelligently displays and relays the temperature reading from anywhere in the room for more accurate temperature control. The Smart Remote, combined with Vortex fan technology, intelligently allows the Tvh 600 to eliminate annoying hot and cold cycles, maintaining a constant temperature with less energy consumption.
Looking from the outside, the compact (10.25"L x 13.0"W x 12.25"H) Tvh 600 comes in a sleek matte chrome finish made of steel that remains cool to the touch when the unit is on. Speaking of touch, what first captivates the eye with the Tvh 600 is an intuitive, blue, digital touch screen at the top of the unit, above the energy-efficient, Vortex whole room circulation fan. The Vortex fan itself distributes heat evenly throughout a room, achieving the desired temperature in minutes.
During the summer, the Tvh 600 can be used without the heater as a normal electric fan. The fan is also protected by tight grill spirals that keep even the smallest of fingers safe from harm. Some of the other intelligent safety features of the Tvh 600 include automatic tip-over protection and a non-glowing heat element.
