Ernst & Young is changing its organisational structure to that of a single European partnership.
The new practice, Ernst & Young Europe, follows the firm's decision to bring together 87 firms around Europe, Africa, the Middle East and India.
So far, documents lodged at Companies House indicate that partners from the UK, France, Belgium, Hungary, the Czech Republic and the Baltic states have signed up to the new firm, Ernst & Young Europe.
Ernst & Young has confirmed that similar plans are on the cards for firms based in Africa.
