It sports a new interactive and driver-focused technology called the Ecological Drive Assist System (Eco Assist).
All Insight trim levels are fitted with an advanced 1.3-liter SOHC aluminum-alloy i-VTEC engine and continuously variable automatic transmission, along with Honda's IMA hybrid system to deliver a fun-to-drive performance. The 2010 Insight has a low center of gravity and a host of useful standard features. The list of standard amenities offered on all Insight models includes 60/40 split and fold-down rear seatbacks; two-tier digital instrument panels; automatic climate control; power windows, mirrors and door locks; a tilting and telescoping steering wheel and a 160-watt AM/FM/CD audio system with MP3 audio playback, an auxiliary audio input jack and Speed-Sensitive Volume Control. Insight EX models include cruise control, alloy wheels, steering-wheel mounted paddle shifters, 6-speaker audio system with USB audio interface, Honda Vehicle Stability Assist and an available Honda Satellite-Linked Navigation System with Voice Recognition.
