TribeHQ is an interactive micro-messaging platform that enables members within the same occupational “tribe” (eg nurses, teachers, engineers, IT professionals)
Tribe members form alliances, share ideas and knowledge, and get close to the tribal buzz in their profession. In these challenging economic times, many tribes are experiencing high levels of unemployment and uncertainty, and members will be able to find kinship and support from others in their tribe.
TribeHQ breathes innovation and interactivity into the employer and jobseeker relationship. TribeHQ uses job-matching algorithms to automatically align tribe members seeking a new job with opportunities that meet their career preferences. Employers tap directly into a targeted audience, ensuring they reach the right tribe members and tribes. Tribe members enter into a conversation with employers, asking questions about the job or the company. This introduces interactivity into online job searching and is a real departure from the traditional and static directory-based job boards.
