XSP, the leading global provider of Corporate Actions software, announced today that Jennifer Bush has been appointed to the new role as Senior Director of Product Innovation and Major Accounts and will report directly to Brendan P. Farrell, Jr., Chief Executive Officer.
In this newly-developed dual role, Bush will leverage her extensive knowledge and expertise of the XSP software product to shape and define product roadmap development. She will work primarily in partnership with Paul Fullam, Senior Director of Business Strategy, to identify industry trends and initiatives facing the global Corporate Actions space to ensure XSP remains compliant with best market practices and standards. Additionally, she will serve as an Executive Product Sponsor for the XSP Tier 1 Accounts, providing strategic product direction, guidance and leadership while helping to expand business lines.

Since joining XSP in 2001, Bush held various product roles, most recently as Senior Director of Channel Sales Support and Product Management. In this position, she was responsible for providing pre-sales support for Channel Partners and Product Management business analysis. Her deep product background as well as her detailed knowledge of the Product Roadmap allowed her to support complex channel sales opportunities while gathering enhancement requests from partners. Prior to this, Bush was Senior Director of the Product Group responsible for managing the Product Design, Project Management and Technical Writer groups. She has also worked as a Product Design Analyst, Project Manager as well as a Product Manager during her tenure at XSP.
Prior to joining XSP, Bush held several roles at ComplyNow, an ASP software vendor providing end-to-end compliance management and training solutions, in various capacities supporting the development, delivery and sale of multiple product lines.
