Talmidahs vARTS Gallery is located on the virtual world of Second Life. You can follow the LINK to join FREE - and have an exciting new adventure in ART. 'Black and White ART' can be collected by clicking on with your mouse and buying with inworld Linden Dollars.
Black and White ART is LINKed with a PRINT ON DEMAND service. This way anyone can collect their favourite ART virtually and/or as stylishly framed Art Prints. Print On Demand means just that - you can order your Prints online!
We make this happen by coding the ART to offer you a Dropdown Menu with a discriptive weblink when you click on it with your Mouse. As simple as that - any ART you see in the Gallery or on the websites can be ordered as Fine ART Prints as well as bought as virtual ART.
The virtual ART is coded to play SOUND and RESIZE. There are Seats in the Gallery coded to 'Play Sounds' when an Avatar choses to sit on it. Any Avatar can choose to sit by clicking on the seat with their Mouse and selecting 'Sit Here'. The Sound automatically plays informing the Avatar about features of the Show.
On Second Life you can have enormous buildings so we have included a great bit of coding that resizes the ART. Just click on the ART with your Mouse and select from the Menu the plus or minus signs. Easy! This handy piece of code also hides the rest of any coding the ART might have and protects it from you getting a copy.
Virtual ART can be resized by clicking on and following the Blue Dropdown Menu. This way the ART can look great no matter where you want to place it!
Buying ART is easy. Just make sure you have a nice balance of Linden Dollars on you! If you don't have any just look up at the top bar and you will see on the right hand side a Dollar Sign in BLUE and WHITE. Click this with your Mouse and follow instructions!
When you click on ART and Buy it , the ART is sent to your Inventory. From here you can Drag it out with your Mouse onto the ground. If you need help Hanging your new virtual ART just contact BuHu Hoobinoo and we will come and advise or help you place it.
This same ART can be sourced in the real world for avid collectors. ART can be ordered as Fine ART Prints on quality Paper or Canvas. A fantastic Framing Service is available also. When you click on the ART a Blue Menu link to Fine ART America will take you to their website while you are still ingame!
Printed ART will not look the same as what you see in virtual worlds. Each computer 'sees' images differently according to their broadband connection and machine capabilities. You can control how your ART is Framed - switch between Paper and Canvas to see how each effects the look and cost of reproduction.
The quality of Framing is high but you may consider ordering a PRINT only if you are located outside of the the U.S.A.. Your local Framer will be more than happy to frame your beautiful Print. Great care is made in the selection of packaging so be confident that your artwork will be intact and ready to Hang.

You will have to join and download the Viewer for the virtual World. This will take a few minutes but is FREE to join. Once logged in you will be sent to the Gallery. You can go on a 'Follow Me!' tour around the Show and other Galleries in the area with BuHu - just ask her for a Tour Ball.
The Technology used to scan is VOICE. You can download this innovative software and with a webcam pointed at the computer screen scan the gallery and ART. The ART is scanned and transformed to sound waves.
BuHu has made a sonic music artform using this technology and will share it with you. Even your Prints will have a sonic storyline!
Virtual ART is still very much misunderstood and undervalued. Many 'inworld artists' are real ife artists with years of experience and wonderful talents.
