Budin when his son Cortland came to him and said, “Dad, there has got to be a better way.” Cortland was referring to a better way for people to get computer help over the phone, without the frustration of the outsourced call centers. We live in a society that seems to be so “time poor,” and when people have problems they want to have them solved efficiently. After doing some research, Philip Budin agreed with his son that there was no other service like this that existed and they would be the ones that were going to offer “the better way.” They put their heads and their IT knowledge together and that is how the company was born.
