WARREN, Mich. – Flame Heating Cooling & Electrical today announced it has been named a regional winner for the Bryant Medal of Excellence (MOE) award. Bryant honors just 15 regional MOE winners across eight regions in the United States and Canada annually.
The MOE program recognizes dealers doing “Whatever It Takes” to provide the highest quality customer service and excel in the HVAC industry. Criteria for selection includes: overall sales growth, high efficiency sales growth, Indoor Air Quality sales growth, customer satisfaction, dealer program utilization, and a self assessment.
