The Dessert FourPlay experience brings the Jean Georges executive pastry chef’s new cookbook of his signature quartets of mini-desserts to life.
The highlight of the Dessert FourPlay experience is an inspiring one-hour, hands-on pastry-making class with Chef Iuzzini in the legendary kitchen of Jean Georges. Guests will learn the building blocks of creating magnificent, multifaceted desserts such as transcendent cakes, tuiles, ice creams, sorbets and granités. Guests will also enjoy a three-course lunch for two at Jean Georges’ Nougatine, and receive an autographed copy of Chef Iuzzini’s book Dessert FourPlay: Sweet Quartets From a Four-Star Pastry Chef, written with the home cook in mind.
