At the time of writing "Think about your thinking to stop depression" is the second best-selling book in Amazon.co.uk's depression section (future releases).
Amazon.co.uk has recently reduced the discount that they are offering on this book to only 15% of the recommended retail price. There are still a few internet book stores that are offering a significant discount of 35%. These include Tesco.com, where discounted pre-orders are still are being taken in the family health section.
At the current time, only CBT therapists, GP's, counsellors and clients of the West Suffolk CBT Service have had access to pre-publication copies of this book. It has received excellent reviews from clinicians, and with its unique style has been described by many individuals with depression as the best book on depression that they have ever read.
Whether or not these claims will be validated is likely to be revealed in the book selling charts at the end of April 2009 when "Think about your thinking" is formally released.
