Napleton Kia announces the arrival of 2010 Kia Soul

About the vehicle:
The 2010 Soul is a sub-compact mini multi-purpose vehicle. This urban crossover can seat up to five. It is offered in four trims. These are Base Soul, Soul!, Soul+ and Soul Sport.

The base model of the 2010 Soul is given a 1.6-liter, four-cylinder engine that has power of 126 hp that runs on a five-speed manual transmission; the higher trims are equipped with a 2.0-liter engine, which generates 142 hp and with the same standard transmission, and an optional four-speed automatic transmission. The vehicle is given a front-wheel drive.

Competing with brands such as Scion xB and Honda Element, the Soul has a boxy design. It has a tilt steering wheel, air conditioning, cloth seats and a CD stereo with USB and auxiliary inputs as standard interior features for the Base model. The Soul + has additional features such as keyless entry, cruise control, a height-adjustable driver's seat and Bluetooth cell-phone connectivity. For the Soul! model, extra features given include a beige and black interior, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, and an uplevel audio system with a subwoofer. The Sport model has black and red seats and metal pedals.

Among the exteriors, one gets these in the Kia Soul: 15” steel wheels with wheel covers for the base model; 16” alloy wheels for the Soul+, and 18”alloy wheels for the Soul! and Sport. Higher trim levels make moonroof, fog lights and a rear spoiler available.

The Kia Soul’s safety features include side-impact airbags for the front seats, side curtain airbags, an electronic stability system, antilock brakes, and active head restraints for the front seats.
