Trustbank Funds Two Business Development Loans In The Local Community

PR Log (Press Release) – Mar 16, 2009 – TrustBank provided financing for Pendleton Pediatrics, an outpatient pediatric care center.  They are located at 1445 West Chandler Blvd in Chandler and provide coordinated health care for the residents of Chandler, Gilbert, Tempe, Mesa, Ahwatukee and Maricopa.  Offering pediatric care, public education and over 18 years of experience, Pendleton Pediatrics is a desirable asset to our community.  

TrustBank has also provided construction financing for Ahwatukee Executive Offices. Located at 5010 E Warner Rd in Phoenix, this project broke ground in 2008 and upon completion will bring 14,330 SF of new muti-tenant class A office space to Phoenix.
