Sellers need only visit www.buyerhunt.com, enter their ZIP code, and a list of potential homebuyers will appear. They can browse profiles, identify the perfect buyer for their home, and make immediate contact with the agent who represents the matching buyer.
BuyerHunt’s early success has been astonishing. Just three weeks after launch, BuyerHunt received word that Heidi Jahnke of Paradise Valley, AZ was browsing the site and discovered a profile of a buyer she felt might like her home. She contacted the buyer’s agent to set up a showing and 24 hours later, Heidi’s home was in escrow. In a doom and gloom market, this was a dream come true for everyone involved.
