This is an exciting year for Colorado teens. The Miss Teen Colorado-World Pageant is celebrating it's inaugural year. This is the first year that this incredible and exciting pageant system has come to the state of Colorado. At this time we are looking for one lucky young woman between the ages of 13 and 18 to represent the beautiful state of Colorado as Miss Teen Colorado-World 2009. This pageant is the official state preliminary to the Miss Teen United States-World and Miss Teen World pageants. "This pageant is the first international pageant for teens" says Executive Director April Elzinga.
We are also accepting applications for contestants for the Miss Teen Colorado-World 2010 Pageant to be held next year. We expect substantial growth as our pageant matures over the next few years. This is a great time to seek the crown as the competion will grow more difficult as the years progress. We will be offering exciting prize packages for next years winner.
April was Mrs. Utah 1994 in the Mrs. America Pageant and Mrs. Hawaii 1996 in the Mrs. United States Pageant. She has judged pageants and helped behind the scenes many times. She enjoys seeing the growth and joy that develops for the young women competing.
Miss Teen Colorado-World is a pageant for teenage girls ages 13-18. The FIRST international pageant for teens. It is the official preliminary to the MISS TEEN UNITED STATES-WORLD pageant and the MISS TEEN WORLD pageant.
