Book now for 20% off your summer holiday at P&V’s new property in Normandy

Those who book now for a stay during the residence’s first month will receive a discount of up to 20 percent.

Built on five hectares of land, just 600m from the beach and overlooking the sea, Residence MGM de Houlgate will make an ideal base for a family holiday. The residence will be comprised of 82 apartments and 44 cottages, many with capacity for up to eight guests. All properties are self catering and will contain a fully equipped kitchen, WIFI Internet connections and an LCD TV. On site there will also be a communal outdoor swimming pool, health spa and children’s activity area.

Prices for a week in August start from £947 (normally £1,183) for a one-bedroom apartment sleeping up to four people. A three-bedroom cottage sleeping up to eight guests starts from £1,559 (normally £1,949) per week in August, which is just £28 per person per night. Prices go down to just £340 per week in October for a one-bedroom apartment sleeping up to four people.

Normandy has more cross channel ferry routes than any other region in France, thus Residence MGM de Houlgate will be easily reached from the UK via ferry from Portsmouth, Newhaven and Poole. Air France, Ryan Air and Sky South also operate regular flights to the region from a number of UK airports. Local attractions include Deauville, famous for its boardwalk, horseracing and chic boutiques, the beach at Cabourg and the picturesque ports of Honfleur, Le Touquet and Trouville.  

Residence MGM is the luxury brand of the P&V group, providing spacious four-star accommodation in locations throughout France. Houlgate will become the 11th property in the Residence MGM portfolio and will be P&V’s first new-build MGM branded property as well as the first MGM property to be located outside of a ski resort.
