Road Safety Training Centers are designed to teach the general public and commercial drivers how to avoid experiencing a motor vehicle accident. RSTC training methods are statistically proven to reduce auto accidents. DRIVE RSTC, INC. was formed to bring these programs to the United States were they are currently not available. In an ongoing effort to fund construction of the first RSTC facility in the U.S. company executives recently submitted a federal grant appropriations request to the office of Congresswoman Jackie Speier.
