I’ve fallen and I can’t get up.” The lawsuit was filed in a California court and claims that the defendants continually use Life Alert’s name and slogan.
The second story covers New York based NAPCO, and its acquisition of Marks USA, one of the largest independent manufacturer of grade 1 industrial and commercial locksets. With this purchase, NAPCO, which is a publicly traded security product manufacturer, expands its door technology endeavors, which includes remote control locks.
