Priding itself on honest, realistic reviews, CinemaXYZ has built a loyal following of movie fans looking for an undiscovered gem. While specializing in the search for great forgotten films of the past, CinemaXYZ's owner, Bob Peryea, is seeking to expand the weblog's (blog's) reach into movies that haven't been released or have received only small distribution.

The philosophy at CinemaXYZ.com is simple: There are thousands of terrible films in the world, but among the forgotten (or under-supported by the big Hollywood studios) are hundreds of brilliant films that speak to the audiences of their own time and  the future.
