Transcontinental Warranty Selects ITTTC for call center

Transcontinental Warranty has selected ITTTC as the prime contractor for it's new 200 agent South Florida Call Center. Mr. Mark Hemeon Sr. announced the Transcontinental Warranty contract featuring the NEC Aspire as the primary system.

March 11, 2009 - PRLog -- Mr. Mark E Hemeon Sr. general manager of ITTTC ( Interface Technologies of The Treasure Coast ) announced the Transcontinental Warranty contract effective March 10, 2009 for the specification, installation and initial setup of the 200 agent project.

Transcontinental Warranty has selected ITTTC as the prime contractor for it's new South 200 agent Florida Call Center due to the unique qualifications ITTTC presents as well as the value they bring to the project.  Mr. Mark Hemeon Sr announced the Transcontinental Warranty contract featuring the NEC Aspire as the primary system due to the Aspire's low cost per seat and high value software and real time MIS systems.

ITTTC is not affiliated with Transcontinental Warranty and was contracted to install the telecommunications platform only, Transcontinental Warranty manages the system and all programming and operations of the system is the responsibility of Transcontinental Warranty.
