March 10, 2009 - PRLog -- This month sees the launch of Snooker Network, a dedicated social network for snooker players worldwide. The website is a fully coveted snooker community, giving members the chance to join and network with likeminded people from all across the globe.

Snooker Network (http://www.snooker-network.com) gives snooker fans the opportunity to create their own personal online profile, as well as uploading pictures and videos to the gallery sections, writing blogs about their latest matches or tournaments, share tips and discussion on the forums and meet fellow snooker players and followers.

“The website has taken off in a brilliant way” says Ross Hutchings, Online Editor of Snooker Network. “Over 350 members have joined within the first 2 weeks, and they are all very interactive and really contributing to the site whilst building momentum with their picture submissions and forum interaction.”

The website has been launched in its initial beta stage, but is having additional features added to help compel the member experience.

Snooker Network is associated with Football Network, (http://www.football-networks.com) a dedicated social network for football fans.
