Posh Platinum Stands Up For America

March 9, 2009 Atlanta, Georgia -- In an effort to address the sweeping epidemic of wrongfulness and unconstitutional convictions resonating within the federal criminal justice system poshplatinum.com, LLC - an Atlanta- based marketing, advertising and promotional firm – has selected to participate in one of the most compelling and assertive movements on the Internet, and in the press and civil rights protection directives to date. Internet and press attention have been looking very closely at the evolving injustice seated in the case of United States v. Nathan Brennan - a case where a noticeably agitated federal judge in Atlanta, Georgia, arbitrarily created, convicted and sentenced a man without an indictment or notice explaining the offense characterized or constructed by the judge.
Last year, Posh created an effort casually known as "Posh Cares" - a segment of the organization that contributed to social and community improvement efforts. Tara Mann, spokesperson for Posh Cares explained, "We want to do things that build up the company, of course. But we also recognize the responsibility that we have towards each other. We simply want to do our part.”
Their part consisted of working with the Boys and Girls Club of America, making them their charitable partner back in 2008.
Last month, the Posh team initiated a dual initiative. The first was related to the launching of the Ultimate Dream Concert's Dream Stream - a vehicle incorporating music fans to promote the overwhelmingly popular Ultimate Dream Concert. This movement was sparked in a small, yet excited, town in Mississippi called Yazoo City. Individuals from Posh and the Ultimate Dream Concert met with various fans in the humble city and interviewed a number for the first installment of the global marketing campaign.
While in Yazoo City, though, they also met with Nathan Brennan, at a Federal correctional institution. It was here that they met with Brennan and became intimately familiar with the man that many are viewing as, the epitome of a rogue criminal justice system. “We were absolutely amazed at the level of optimism that he has been able to maintain. He has a sincere belief in the provisions of the Constitution and further believes that once the court understands what has been done, they, being of rational thought, will release him. He talked about his family and the public embarrassment that they suffered within the process. He represented one of the most tear-jerking yet inspiring stories that have been introduced to us for consideration. This well-spoken and articulate entrepreneur impressed upon us not to consider his story just for him, but for the thousands of others that may fall subject to a system ‘gone off course’," shared Mann.
In an effort to confirm Brennan's story, documents have been reviewed and transcripts have been assessed. The impossible, in contravention of the United States Constitution, was discovered to have occurred. He is actually serving time for an offense that he was never charged in pre-civil rights fashion.
Brennan is currently attempting to find an ear to hear his issue in the Federal District Court of Mississippi where he is being held. Posh Cares has become a major advocate behind Brennan while encouraging clients to follow suit.
