Set up by Sandra, of Benfleet, Essex, the website has been developed in order website to show what Essex has to offer - great places to go, fabulous places to eat, and a rather surprisingly long list of Essex Celebrities!
She would also like to share with you her own real life stories, letters, articles, restaurant reviews and a photo gallery on a large variety of general topics, including Sandra’s speciality subject from the heart – the plight of the Orangutan and how to help them as well as loads of info on Essex Celebrities to keep you updated and amused! Viewers are encouraged to feedback to her or give new information about a topic using the comment forms under each article, so as to get the public involved with their variety of opinions, particularly when it comes to Celebrities and Restaurant reviews!
A very major issue she wants to raise awareness of is the ‘Plight of the Orangutan’ These beautiful primates are endangered, and really need more help to survive. She came back from a very informative trip to Borneo in September 2008 to see first hand what is really happening out there and why there are so many orphans. Her time there brought her both sadness and overwhelming happiness, so she decided to make her own efforts to ‘save the Orangutan’. Please read the sections on the site to find out more!
